（2025-11-25）人权资讯简报：11月24日，香港特别行政区政府保安局发布公告称，根据《维护国家安全条例》，香港特别行政区保安局已经向“香港议会”和“香港民主建国联盟”2个组织发出书面通知，禁止这两个组织在香港特别行政区运作或者继续运作。
保安局在公告中指出，这两个组织旨在颠覆国家政权，其目标包括推动“自决”、制定香港“宪法”，推翻、破坏《中华人民共和国宪法》所确立的中华人民共和国根本制度或推翻中华人民共和国中央政权机关或者特区政权机关等。
英国卫报在2024年4月一篇报道中引用美国乔治敦大学亚洲法中心数据称，自从2020年香港《维护国家安全条例》出台以来，香港当地至少有90个民间社会组织以及22家媒体被迫关闭。
关注人权的《公平时报》在2025年6月的一份报道中指出，在香港实施《维护国家安全条例》后，香港已经有245个工会组织被迫解散。香港的工会组织已经由2021年的1527个工会组织，减少到2024年的1412个组织。
2025年8月，根据香港独立媒体HKFP报道，香港特别行政区宣布注销从300个社会团体，理由是这些组织已经停止运行，包括6个促进民主的团体。(编辑：阿星)
