（2022-03-09）人权资讯简报：在日内瓦举行的联合国人权理事会第49届会议上，联合国人权高专办高级专员米歇尔.巴切莱特（ Michelle Bachelet）在3月8日宣布将于2022年5月访华。
巴切莱特在3月8日的大会上宣布：“My office and the Government of China have initiated concrete preparations for a visit that is forseen to take place in May of this year,preparation will have to take into account COVID-19 regulations, the government has also accepterd the visit of an advanced OHCHR team to prepare my stay in China, including onsite visits to Xinjiang and other places, this team will depart to China next month”。
巴切莱特表示，她将根据中国新冠病毒疫情防疫管理规定做好准备工作，在2022年4月份，联合国人权高专办的访问前期准备工作组将入华与中国政府讨论具体的访问事项。
南华早报在2022年1月曾经报道中国政府已经同意巴切莱特女士在2022年冬奥会后访华，在第49届人权理事会召开期间，接近200个人权组织呼吁联合国人权高专办公室尽快发布针对中国的涉疆问题报告，美国、德国、英国等西方政府也在会场呼吁人权高专办尽快公布相关报告。
